They are defently fighting to survive but, even in those dire circumstances they should have been able to sell the properties at prices greater than the value of the lots. Just look at the income statement of each hotel and the deals are just enough to fight another day but what worries me is at the end of the day what will they have left? They are just servicing their debt, not paying it off. Looks like a lot like Dubai, but with a better business model and locations.
If they were to sell something I would go for a property which a superb location, name and earnings because its much easier to increase sales of a poor run hotel than the most profitable. A few investments and you can increase exponentially the revenues.
