Sears product problem--HELP!
I need names, phone numbers of Divisional VP's and also mailing addresses. I need to get to the right person, and which the CEO will get the same copy sent to the correct VP that covers my area. East of Chicago Divisional VP's only.
This concerns a Craftsman product, (nothing but junk these days), which is barely a year old, with a 2 year warranty!!!
The manager of the Sears Hardware was so rude has no customer relations experience. No help, just b.s.
After being a loyal Sears customer for over 26 years for so many high ticket items and also low ticket ones, I will _never, _ever, shop Sears for anything. I will tell my story to everyone I know, and that's a lot of folks.
In this example, don't buy a Craftsman product--it's junk, Chinese garbage. I cannot explain the details in this post at this time, but will later, all I need is info. on the above, --who are the Division VP's of Sears in the Craftsman line. The product I'm talking about is $400+tax.
The first rule in retail is: "Take Care of Your Customer". Sears must be in a coma, my guess. The Sears receipt says, --quote: " SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK. PLEASE RETAIN THIS RECEIPT TO RECEIVE A REFUND IN THE FORM OF YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT. " End quote.
All I asked was for them was, please replace the 3rd defective product, barely a year old with a 2 year warranty! I don't trust Sears anymore, for _anything. Lose the trust, lose customers.
This is my first salvo, my documentation is pristine.
I thank anyone that has the information I'm seeking for the contacts above. Regardless, I will document my problem about Sears with my state Attorney General Office, the B.B.B. and "other" sources. TIA).
Remember the day when Sears customers could fix the stuff themselves and bought the t-w-o year warranty out of courtesy? My favorite is when power tools come back with "ROCCO'S CONST." painted in yellow and claim its not being used commercially.
Poor fellow just crapped himself, hopefully his t-w-o- year warrenty wasn't in his hip pocket. hate to see him whip out a brown warrenty the next time he goes to sears to get serviced.
