I called multiple times today to try and get a question answered on a rebate. EVERY time my call was answered by someone who could not speak English worth a shit. I hung up and called back 4 different time and every time the same problem presented itself. As a result, I refuse to deal with Sears in the future.
sears should learn a good lesson from dell when they tried to oursource their customer service offshore. IT BACKFIRED and cost Dell dearly. I predict a similar fate for Sears.
