Let someone else, handle the upkeep, the payroll,

Imagine paring down the brick and mortar to the profitable locations and raising the cash from the

then imagine the share price goes to $1
What are the chances of this happening when you...
Figure in buybacks...or a Hedge Fund buying up some or most of the outstanding shares to share in the re-positioning.

Sorry but EL "The Magic J*W's" playbook is horribly flawed.
The value of the Craftsman, Kenmore, Diehard brand names beyond a Sears distribution footprint has been way overstated. Sears is simply a distributor for Husqvarna, Murray, Whirlpool, Johnson Controls, etc.
As Sears volume continues to decline manufacturers will simply look to other distributors and channels of which there are plenty.
