terrible customer service...terrible return policy on merchandise sent broken due to bad packaging or lack thereof. just terrible. they should give up online and to back to basics - physical stores selling tools.
I totally disagree. I've had all good or great experiences with online. Shipped to home as well as pick up at store orders. Always excellent customer service for me. That's one of the reasons I still have hope for these guys ... although their numbers and stores haven't been exactly hitting any homeruns (or even singles) latlely.
