Sears Named 6th Worst Company in America To Work For.
According to Glass Door Sears was ranked the 6th worst company to work for in 2012.
Employees were angry was that Eddie Lambert bought a 40 million dollar home in Florida around the same time he closed stores.
definitely paid someone off. The employees of sears do not feel entitled at all, and always do their best. management just has a hard time seeing that because so many employees pretend to be entitled and self serving.
The sad thing is that Eddie bought KMart and Sears. In my opinion big money should have bought both and done a proper merger, getting rid of leased stores asap. All new stores would be called KMart Sears and have automotive. And to have groceries, emulate WMT and their success,,,,,,,,,,,but no Eddie bought and looked out for his small group
I was a pharmacist for Kmart for 22 years. The first thing my last District Manager did after getting hired was to write a letter to all of his pharmacists telling us how easily replaced we all are. I had a new job within a week and told him that's how easily I can quit and find a new job.
Sears sucks. Eddie Lampert is just liquidating the entire company slowly. Every employee and shareholder will eventually be the losers from this jerk's dealings. If you're long on this stock I would seriously reconsider and get your head examined.
