I keep reading articles that say the company has real estate worth $160 per share or about 15 billion at todays stock price. I also read that most of the Sears stores are mall based and leased. So are the K mart stores real estate worth this much?...This would put an average value of 15 million per store....Unless the parking lots are paved with gold I'm not buying it!.....

This wasn't a retail scenario? it was totally a real estate deal!!!! Do you think a guy living in a 10 million dollar home would think Kmart and the worthless Sears are serious retailers????
C'mon, get your brain in gear and do some intelligent homework
This is the same argument that had me buy into KMart in 2002 or so... only for the thing to go BK and me loose my investment. Don't believe it again. I'd be a seller of Sears. or at a minimum I just wouldn't be long.
