One thing that should be understood is that naked shorting , though illegal, is happening all the time. On a low volume stock like this it is easy to short it almost out of existence. As long as the DTCC allows shorting w/o covering ( actually borrowing the stock the shorts sell ) games like this will be played. The playing field is not level and anybody that thinks it is, is very naive. FBIndian
Seeking Alpha has become a financial blog site where "short sellers" are creating panic in various stocks, including STON and STB. While most articles are written by decent folks, the few that are not are ruining the website, and the officials of SA are adding fuel to the fire by MISLEADING headlines, that they create, not the authors of the articles. Check STB on this Yahoo Finance site and you will note a headline yesterday that screamed PANIC/SELL, and investors did just that for two days now. I am hoping that some investors/ or companies sue the site for printing misleading, incorrect, non-factual data ( in my opinion ).
