    What happened to the preferred??????

Just tried to locate information on the newly TSY preferred (TSY.A) that took the place of the USV.A preferred.

But ... both Yahoo and CBS Marketwatch says unable to locate the new issue.

    Any ideas?

    • The Yahoo! symbol is TSY-PA and they have quotes. Other info is still under USV and USV-PA. QuantumOnline has it under TSY-A.

      • If I read the small book correctly..on page 55 it states "Preferred Equity" The current status of USRP will have approx 4.08 million outstanding shares of Series A preferred..If the income mergers are completed an additional 3.75 million will be issued to the partners of the income fund "AS A MERGER CONSIDERATION"
PLUS USRP has also 20,000 outstanding shares of 8% series B convertible AND 5,000 shares of series B-1 and have the right to redeem these shares at 130% of the stated value or $32.5 million..and WILL be redeemed by the company shortly after the merger is completed...

That's a great start to BANKRUPT THE COMPANY.....REMOVE THE CAPITAL...and stick it in somebodies pocket...what a " *UCKED UP RIP-OFF..the handwriting is on the wall...take heed....Missouri Mike
