    • Dear Lowes, My name is A. Brockman. I give you my name because your Customer Service Department is very familiar with me. I purchased a new Samsung refrigerator from you in May, 2012, the refrigerator stopped working the middle of April 2013. The refrigerator had a 1 year manufactures warranty and I also purchased the additional 4 year warranty. 5 weeks ago the refrigerator was deemed unrepairable and weekly I have been promised that your company would replace it. As of today it has been 43 days since the refrigerator was reported to you that it had stopped working. I have received nothing but lies from your company on the replacement. I am now entering my 7th week without a working refrigerator. I purchased your product in good faith that If I had a problem that your company would take care of it. I was dead wrong, your company could care less about the customer when they walk out of the door. I want my refrigerator replaced and the contents that were lost in it.
