Does this company file any form 4s? I don't see any in recent history
I assume that they pay executives with some stock based compensation, does this mean that they have not done anything recently, or just not reporting? The most recent filing I see dates back to Nov 2011.
I'm impressed! What a great question! Somebody who actually takes the time to look at SEC filings!
Of course you are assuming that ZAP follows SEC rules and regulations.
ZAP has been notorious for it's unregistered sales of equity securities. The Cayman Islands are always a great place to stash your cash.
The senior executives DR lu has so many shell companies flipped into CHINESE STOCKS AND SHE WRITES HER OWN 10 PERCENT COMMISSIONS INTO THOSE DEALS..read up on some 8k's you'll see. The Wangs are waiting on the sidelines and they may trade stock under the table..or get the first cut off any PRC payments that come in. Mr YOUSEF has his car dealerships in UAE and other places plus he collects rent form ZAP right off 504 4th st ..but they closed the showroom to ZAAP. Don't worry yousef still the largest shareholder he can afford to lose it all and still it won't touch him.. So what executive your worried about filing a form 4.. whenever its filed it will be late and shielded from public view for at least e weeks...they will say it go lost in the slow mail from China to the USA.. or as LO says..you do much better trying to track a sale through the Caymans...lol
