For the nine months ended 9/30/03, net revenues decreased 32% to $52 thousand. Net loss increased 16% to $350 thousand.
Pizza store with 7 employee makes 20 times more then VAPH's revenue and no one pays $75ML for that pizza store.

In these private placement situations, it is not unusual to have an individual investor lefet unnamed. But an "institution", well it makes no sense and is just another in a long line of red flags.
No , I do not. Just another way to rotate stock to the pumpers and promoters, just like the original unnamed investors in the convertible issued last summer. Private placements are dirty little vehicles for the most part, especially when the investor is anonymous.
