a few different things can happen: 1) SEC busts it as a scam and Nasdaq boots it, never to be heard from again. 2) SEC gets through with the company, lots of legal problems and fines, but stock reopens on NASDAQ and trades much much lower. Now that it has been officially exposed it will be difficult for the scamsters to find buyers. What price does it open at? Who knows, but certainly much lower. 3)Same as #2 but NASDAQ delists it and it trades on pink sheets for a REALLY low price.
I think all of the above are possible. I think you will also see Ray Dirks taken down in this sweep also. Look for that.
There are those on this board that have some deep seated experience with situations like this and I would not venture a guess, but history dictates (from what I am told) that you should expect a rather dramatic drop if it continues trading after the halt.
