i expect revenue to exceed 170 million and eps exceeding 0.70
based on what i have seen, it looks like the earnings report will make analysts upgrade prior to releasing the reports. apple will report before crus. its gonna drive crus up significantly prior to crus' own report.

How do we know Apple would make their numbers? would the production constrain post a risk here? Furthermore, would Apple's production constrain force it to reduce its order from Cirrus Logic? Anyone cares to comment?

Apple experienced component shortage for every product launch in the past. This has become a normal situation. History shows that it will be resolved quickly. Cirrus Logic has projected this situation into its numbers. The final numbers could only go up from here.

Apple sales numbers for the Sept qtr are not the thing to focus on....
Cirrus supplies to Apple should include about 6 weeks of expected productuion units into Oct-Nov.
Dec qtr guidance will be the tell for Apple's production issues that they are working on.

Above 170 M rev and .70 earnings? That's inline with expectations of the analysts.
