Did they mention these lawsuits in the press confrence?
did anybody ask any questions? should't they come up with some sort of explanations? shareholders like us are in limbo, so it looks like they don't care or really there is something wrong which they don't want to talk about about..
On another note, there is no clear evidence that the announcement of these investigations and lawsuits have impacted the stock price. The first investigation was announced late January 31. The stock price closed at $28.23 then and here we are at $27.36 right now. SWKS and some other cell phone component suppliers have likewise drifted down a little over the last week. I don't know whether it was the right thing to do, but I recently got longer when the CRUS price dipped under $27.
I tuned in about 4:40 pm to the conference. I didn't hear anything about the lawsuits, but perhaps they covered it at the outset? The rest of conference that I listened to seemed confidence inspiring, so it is too bad this lawyer thing is overshadowing their otherwise good company performance.
