This holding in my opinion is going to expand in the next fiscal quarter and beyond. The play on the end of 2012 and the upcoming hording of arms and ammunition from paranoid dooms day populations thinking arms are the only way to survive the end of mankind.
The gunpowder segment will do well during this panicky rush to try to protect the masses with arms.ATK should start advertising the need to protect ourselves from harm’s way by promoting their fine sporting products. This will increase share value over the long run and into the next fiscal year.
