Hey U guys!..:-) Anyone got any guesses as to what total corporate overhead per tower might be now that they are scaling back? On the call they said that Capex per tower was around 2k per year. Now, in their own modeling they say that 68-70k per year is what they are shooting for as far as total rental revenue per tower. If their overhead is reasonable...say 5k to 6k per tower...I mean wow...this thing will generate huge amounts of free cash...I am thinking this could definitely be up around $40 to $50 in the next 24-36 months. Do you concur?
