You seem to think that writers for Seeking Alpha work for them and share the same "water cooler." It is simply a blog that publishes articles from many different authors.
Personally, I think Peterson has a way better sense of the longer-term prospects of lithium ion, but I don't have much to quibble about with this article. Even factoring in the author's optimistic 25% annual growth estimate, he thinks the stock's fair value is around $1.20 and recommends waiting for a "significant pullback" before buying. In other words, he thinks the money to be made is between a price significantly lower than the current price and $1.20.
