dond, last year VLNC reported their Q4 results on May 25th, so we've got a bit less than a month. I believe the last guidance from management was for $12-13M in revenues. It's possible that we might get an earlier PR with revised guidance if it looks like they'll substantially exceed (or miss) that target.
If you recall Judge Sparks' timeline, HQ had 10 days from 6Apr to file their claims (they did 16Apr in docket #289), then VLNC & Seg were to file their motion for summary judgment - which they did in docket #294 yesterday.
The interesting docket was #293 - UT/HQ filed their own motion for summary judgment! So, there are motions before the Judge to summarily rule in favor of VLNC or HQ/UT.
As I remember the Judge's scheduling order, UT/HQ now has 20 days to respond to VLNC's motion for summary judgment. I guess that VLNC may also have to respond to HQ/UT's motion.
I took a quick look at both motions - UT/HQ's is 148 pages long, while VLNC's is 35.
