I got killed in the MREIT Sector, but bought this REIT last year when it was being panned by the analysts and got in at 37 and change. This sector of the REIT industry seems to be more stable...at least for now. At their year end and a forecast of good earnings, I expected to see a much bigger increase in the dividend than one cent. They seem to have bigger plans for the cash in terms of future investments. Long term. I suspect that this stock will increase in price and produce larger dividends.
