way back when....Congress started busing kids to school gov't took kids out of parents control. The neighborhood school system died and so did the local interest of parents. I guess Congress forgot that parents had to drive across town to be involved with their kids activities.
Good Point: But, but both parents don't have to work. It is a choice to buy so much stuff. The L.A. neighborhood I live in a 2 bedroom house is now $1,000,000. Of course both parents work to buy such a house. They could find a house somewhere else, and stop buying so much stuff.
"I think alot of the problem today is that both parents have to work to make ends meet..Childern are left at home alone for hours .. "
