They have written the textbook on how to increase share value via market manipulation. Their plan has been absolutely brilliant and exquisitely simple: Begin production, keep investors informed about production, keep investors informed about monthly revenue, provide special dividends, and dilute after pps begins to flatline. Every junior company needs to copy the GORO playbook. SALUTE
""keep investors informed about monthly revenue""
This is hilarious. Someone boasting about the Reid's plan to keep investor informed about monthly revenue. Obviously, this was back when things were going well for GORO and they were proud to announce their production numbers.
Da,,,you qualify as our first idiot on the board since the Amex listing...thanks Da..I mean Duh....
The managers here are honest, hardworking and certainly have built shareholder value for long itme holders. The dilution here is miniscule when compared to the likely benefit.
Sir, that was written in admiration, not to bash them. I meant what I said about every other junior copying them, because GORO got it right. It is much better to push pps close to 20 and dilute than under 10 (or much less with most juniors). Every company that dilutes has a reason. Right now GORO could buy up one of the more poorly managed companies for its assets if they wanted to.
If I was the CEO of a junior I'd be wanting to sit at these folks feet and learn from them.
SirRoyce has it right, get ready for bashers to arrive. Check the yahoo chart I posted above, it tells the story.
Watching GORO work the market has been like watching Rembrandt paint. One doesn't realize it's a masterpiece until its finished.
