    200,000 ounces a year for goro equals...

    200,000 x $1650 an ounce profit / 53 MILL shares = $6.25/share.

    25 PE gives us $155 a share so at 15 PE or so we are at $100 a share GORO paying $2 a year in DIVIS.

    • I agree....don't forget that would also equal about $2/share dividends...BUT..IMHO I think gold is going much higher...But yes at today's prices GORO is very cheap...However, I think the current down trend will play out before it begins moving back up in strong fashion...I'm thinking there's a possibility of a brief dip to $12 to $13 share before it goes to make new highs...Nevertheless, when they start producing 200,000 ounces a year at current gold prices IMHO even the old high of $31 will be considered cheap so it may not be worth it to nickel and dime it when considering taking a position.

    • You should use a PE ratio for Earnings - not Gross Mine Profit.
