There is zero buying interest in NBR while Petrello and Isenberg are still there. They've looted the company and they're still doing it. NBR is by far the worst performing driller, in terms of profitability, return on assets, return on equity, operating margin, stock price, etc, etc, etc -- just about any way you can measure. And yet Petrello gets a huge payday that's equal to about 2/3 of NBR's expected earnings for the current quarter. That's his reward for failure. An activist shareholder could get rid of Petrello and kick Isenberg off the board and this stock would jump at least 3 bucks or more.
