    Balance sheet/Acquisition

The declining revenue is nearing it's end if not over already. Look at the balance sheet. It's amazing that they have kept such a perfect cash debt ratio. Exactly what someone wants when they are looking to acquire a business. Promising assets, and not to take on a lot of debt! It's really a matter of coming up with the right price to satisfy the board, and any buyer knows the time is now or never. Acquisition before summer.

      • I believe that they are on the cusp of a turnaround, with one or two things that have been holding them back. I'm sure they would like to spin those off and move forward with their ace holding, but i think it is probable that a private company will want the whole thing and pay up for it. Retail is hot with hedge funds and lets face it, they have an amazing, very envied model that is hard to find. Hostile? On the surface maybe, but probably not internally.
