More than four million shares sold by insider and we need to closely watch Owens recent performance.http://www.insidercow.com/history/company.jsp?company=OC
The amount sold represented about 25% of DE Shaw's OC holdings. Shaw remains the #1 shareholder outside the asbestos trust.
maybe there weren't alot of offerers with deep pockets and alot of patience.
Shaw probably paying Crammer a nice kickback on the pump n dump. A wind power play? Gimme a break.I think OC is reflecting a better outlook in housing and consumer discretionary. After a normal pullback, I see it basing again before another runup. (All bets off if it is Buffett.)I sold some OC and all OCWAZ (what a gift!) and will buy more OC after I see what's going on. Just my $.02
Was D.E.SHAW, taking some profit.
