Why are the store level inventories so low that there are a tremendous number of holes? Also the checkout systems are confusing and chaotic leading to arguments and upset customers? Something appears to have changed.
Ask your local store mgr how much help he has to fill shelves, cashier, check date codes, recover the store, etc.Betcha he'll say its all on him/her.Labor cuts are starting to show on store instock, service levels, and store conditions.Cvs' cut it to the bone labor model will soon take its toll on its sales in my opinion.
