Wow, you've hit the nail on the head. This could not be further from the truth. In the pharmacy, it's a slave-like working condition. Pharmacists had to sign the agreement to not take lunch and be paid the 30 minutes so the pharmacy can remain opened for the customers. The technicians are entitiled to 2 breaks but most don't take it. It's too busy and others techs would frown if one leaves for the break. It's a constant battle to maintain adequate staffing.
