    Directors buy shares

smaycs4 - we are birds of a feather, thinking alike, and I know you like following insider transactions as I see you on most stocks where I'm posting.

That being said, even though the purchase was "just 35k" I think it is positive and not necessarily just for show (though we both know that does happen too). Possibly, the 35k is a prelude to additional purchases. We both also know that the markets can be fickle and the price can go down in the near term, even if we know that good things are on the mid-term horizon. So, even if I'm 100% certain of my research and that a stock is going to go up longer term, I'm not going to shoot my wad on the first purchase - no matter how low the current price...because it can always go lower.

In any case, I have interest here as well.

    • These directors pay themselves very well with lots of stock grants as well as cash.

So buying a small number of shares to try and support their gravy trains when they might be ousted is not as meaningful as if they didnt get large grants.

Why were none of them buying in June & August under $2.75 ?
