If you were a subscriber, you would know what you are talking about and not sound so dumb.
There are procedures for reporting lost DVDs. You're either dumb cause you didn't follow them, or never were a customer, because if you did follow them, you wouldn't be complaining, it's a smooth and flawless process.
Also, what kind of dumb statement is:

Is it too late now to put Blockbuster out of business? Or did they miss their chance?
