    VALUE Survey Results

Can NFLX compete against BBI on VALUE? (yeah, we all know about Convenience, that point is taken, enough of that).

So here are the results based on the Survey we did this week:

    - Average # of Movies per Month: 10,7. Values go from 5 to 15 (!!).

    - Average Cost per Movie (based on the different Rental programs): 2,47 $/movie. In this case, values go from 1,4 to 4,33.

Conclusions: generally speaking, NFLX offers more value than BBI. The point here is the HUGE difference among NFLX subscribers. The service is far from homogeneous across the country, but we've talked a lot about that here. For starters, that problem has to do with the distribution centers. But the important point is that in almost all of the cases, the average cost per movie is lower than going to BBI.

Convenience AND Value, that's a good combination.

Thanks to all who participated in the survey!!
