Anthony Wood, chief executive of Roku Inc., which makes set-top boxes for watching Netflix's online service and other content on televisions, said the company is "becoming the next generation subscription television service," challenging established players such as Time Warner Inc.'s HBO and CBS Corp.'s Showtime. "Netflix is a much better value and experience than the traditional incumbents," he said.
That is right. Non-believers could not see where the company is headed to. People buy the stocks at this level did. It’s a huge new arena. We’ll see how it turns out. Too bad Roku will not participate in this because of the apple’s new box.
