Those who already know what to expect on earning day are the same people holding most of the shares in this company. They would tank this even further down to buy on the cheap for the climb up. It's a no brainer this thing will tank more regardless of speculation. 150 is history today.
Do you acknowledge the tax consequence of a sale? So to sell away your shares or your "valuable asset" without thinking about the future possibility of getting it back must mean you don't think the future value is there. Not trying scare anyone it's simply not a good sign when the very people building the value give it away IMO!
Think about it for a second, if you own part of a company you are building and the value is good and based on what you know from working there that it is going to get better and better you wouldn't sell your shares because they will only become more valuable with time. You wouldn't sell them just to capture the current market value with the thought of buying them back a little later even at a lower price unless you "needed" the money right now. You would have to get a better than 50% lower price otherwise you lost the money to the tax man. It just doesn't make sense for so many of the insiders to be unloading shares.
