prob 18M sus is more fair to use...we dont knwo chrun at LOVEFILMS as i bet its not 4%/mth either......like NFLX meaning NFLX's subs turning over 40% a year...so valuing it on a sub basis is very difficult.

You overlook that their tiered streaming pricing plans are between $14.99 - $18.99 and that is in Euros so you can cut those estimates by more than half!!!!

METS only thing i would use 20M subs for NFLX not 16 which i think you used.....but since 2M are probably free one cant count them.
