In a grand scheme, this news is neutral. It has no bearings on NFLX users. No one knows whether the titles will be 30, 60, or 90 days. If it's available on nflx, we watch it. If not, there are tons of other titles to watch. It's not a must have for anything.
For instance, sometime nflx has Spartacus to stream. Sometimes they don't. Whether they have the show or not or if the shows won't be on till 90 days, no big deal. There are plent of other things to watch. Whatver deal nflx agrees with will only make the next competitor that much harder to compete (think 30 day delay DVD) and how that killed cstr).
This won't slow down nflx subs one bit. Remember, its all about "value". Want the best and latest titles? nflx users use iTunes as their next streaming choice per Tilsons report.
Overall, no one is cancelling their subs because of this. This is as irrelevant as Amazon and Facebook. Childs play!!
I have seen them all.
