Open customer message to Netflix Mgmt

Excuse me Netflix Management but since you are completely deaf, no matter how many millions of former customers scream at you simultaneously, let me repeat myself, that I only want my DVD service by mail back...unless you put your DVD library on line for streaming, but since I know you will NOT do that, and will stick us with your limited collection of streaming pablum in order to have the DVD service, ...I will not sign back up because

I DO NOT WANT YOUR STREAMING SERVICE FORCED ON ME
I DO NOT WANT YOUR STREAMING SERVICE FORCED ON ME
I DO NOT WANT YOUR STREAMING SERVICE FORCED ON ME
I DO NOT WANT YOUR STREAMING SERVICE FORCED ON ME

Do you hear me you deaf mute brain dead dolts?

    I didn't think so....

    • You want to pay $7.99 a month for one DVD rental a month? I don't. I'd rather rent from Amazon at about $2.99 per movie. These steaming video companies are a big racket. You have to pay for anything good that you really want to stream.

Huh? We WERE watching about 6 or 7 movies a month. That works out to about a dollar each, and no late fees ever.

As to 'anything good' only being on streaming, it is the exact OPPOSITE actually. Streaming in general is all the limited selection 'pop' stuff composed of bad 'horror' films, lame comedies and formulaic CG ridden 'action' crap written by committee........ that only brain dead people watch. Granted, most of the younger crowd is brain dead these days, so they still have a market.

The DVD service on the other hand had 100,000+ selections including movies with actual content, quality, directing, acting, creativity, and plot.

When they put their library on streaming, then maybe they'll have something. By then, Amazon and Blockbuster and even Walmart and others will be taking market share from these idiots who 'had it all and squandered it away because they wanted in their arrogance to be the 'coolest thing in town'.

        F em.

    • I see that this is Silver's first day on Nflx Board. Ain't he great that he is training us that have been riding this stock down from 304. Shut up, learn and profit, idiot. And try to follow a thought alllllllllllllll the way from the first of the sentence to the last. I guarantee it will make a difference in your life. Jerk!

    • send your msg to support at NFLX too. They need to hear it. I left mostly because they bumped the cost without adding any value. Instead they removed value and ignored requests to make it 100% streaming. So, I walked and so did 90% of the people I know. Until they change their ways and become customer friendly and apologize, I'm using other sources for media

    • You have said zero of value. Just a worthless ad hom unrelated to the topic. So it is you that needs to vanish oh inarticulate vacuous one. Please put me, and any other handles you stupidly think are me on ignore immediately!

    • you do know this is a message board for the stock and NOT customer service, right?
