    • One article explained the $0.13 per share earnings surprise very well. It said it was actually very easy for NFLX to massage the report and turned a tiny profit. If you think about it, they can simply defer some of the payments and squeeze out a tiny profit for the end of the year quarter. They have billions of dollars of off balance sheet obligations they need to pay. It is not that hard to defer the payments a little bit and manipulate the numbers. They did that a year ago too. They had a good fourth quarter earnings to make the annual report looked better, but it was followed by a loss in the first quarter. I believe it will happen again.

The best way to know how NFLX is doing is to compare to the last year. The tiny $0.13 per share profit was a dropped of 80% from last year. So manipulation or not, NFLX business is clearly going downhill big time.

It is better to sell bubble NFLX and buy real growth stock AAPL or AMZN.

By the way, AMZN on Friday also announced 11 pilot episodes in production. Clearly aimed at sucking the air out of NFLX bubble hype on Friday. NFLX is dead meat. AMZN is the real big bully with deep pockets.

      Sentiment: Strong Sell
