AAPL reported gigantic $13.81 per share of earnings, but AAPL is only trading at $450 level.
NFLX reported pathetic earnings of $0.13 per share (a drop of 80% from last year), and yet this bubble NFLX stock is trading at expensive $165 level.
AAPL earnings per share were 100 times larger than NFLX earnings per share. If we apply AAPL stock valuation to NFLX stock, NFLX is only worth about $4.5.
And NFLX is loaded with huge debts with billions of dollars of off balance sheet obligations coming due soon while AAPL is debt free with tons of cash. Even AAPL dividend per share is 20 times larger than NFLX earnings per share.
Stocks sometimes get too far off on proper valuations because all the junk articles and media with authors who do not even know how to analyze financial reports. It is so dumb that they are recommending buy or sell without even looking at financial numbers at all. That creates great money making opportunity. This is the best time to sell this expensive dumb media pumped up bubble stock NFLX and bargain buy the real cheap growth stock AAPL.
Most prudent strategy: Sell this broken bubble NFLX now and bargain buy the real cheap growth stock AAPL.
Thank me later!

You must consider more than the areas for which your blinders are applied. For starters, comparing NFLX with other stocks outside the its sector is brain damage, its like saying men are the same as women (might be true in your case, you sound like a #$%$). Trading stocks requires much more than the very basic metrics you used. Example, one metric that you absolutely can not ignore is wall street sentiment. NFLX was considered a "darling" until Reed made a couple of bonehead moves, that's why its went to 300 and rapidly retreated. Also, NFLX predicted it would have some losses for 2 or 3 quarters, another reason for the drop. Their last earnings quarter was a blow away instead of the expected loss, they reported an unexpected gain. Hence the jump in stock price and its current run back to 300, it won't take long. The wall street "darling status is back for NFLX". Learn or die. By the way, even thought AAPL is not a qualified competitor to NFLX, you should know that their rate of growth has dropped significantly and will be hard for the stock price to gain based on this fact.
I am issuing death warrants to kill the dog.
Did you sell no growth NFLX and buy the real growth stock AAPL? AAPL is up $16 now. Holly cow!

The real difference between NFLX and AAPL is that AAPL has real innovations, but NFLX has NOTHING.

Audioprecisiion1996, if you missed Ichan move when he bought NFLX at the bottom $50 level, you can still follow Bill Mason to buy AAPL while AAPL is still very close to the bottom. Do not waste your money in this bubble stock. AAPL earnings per share is 100 times larger than NFLX earnings per share. AAPL is a deep bargain.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Do not pay $179 for a $4 worth junk stock!

You've spammed the board 100 times with this same garbage.
There is no correlation between AAPL & NFLX, so give it a rest. Your constant spamming makes you look like an idiot. No one is selling NFLX because of your stupid posts. They are selling it on fundamentals.

Fundametals? Is it another "Net Crazy Spapmmed"

Gee! AAPL shot up $10 in the last 10 minutes. AAPL is probably going to have a big gap up tomorrw. I am thinking of buying AAPL after hour.
NFLX apparently does not know how to control spending. It keeps wasting money on useless programs. NFLX will be bankrupt.
Better sell heavy debt and obligation loaded NFLX and buy AAPL. AAPL is debt free. While NFLX wasted all investor money, AAPL pays divided per share that is 20 times larger than NFLX earnings per share.
Very dumb to own NFLX.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
No, look at the history, every time when the market is making new high, it is always the companies that make pennies or negative profit keep going up. The value companies always go down in price. Later when the bubble busted, all the analysts will come out and bs about the bubbles. History keeps repeating itself. I don't know why people just never get it. NFLX only goes up if it makes pennies or lose money. The minute NFLX makes dollars, the stock price will trade in single digits.
LOL. People are worried about how AAPL should distribute all the cash it has.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
AAPL dividend is 20 times larger than NFLX earnings per share. NFLX is a joke!
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Dumb and dumber? Netflix is about to lose all weekend customers, and yet we are having a party! LOL.

If your observation is correct, NFLX should be heading for single digit stock price.
