I don't believe there are any shorts left to be squeezed. The smart shorts who are left have hedged by buying calls.
Any upward movement is being done by future "idiot" bag holders.
As long as there is volume up here in the 180's we will stay here. But when volume drys up...... I believe we all know what will happen.
I think so too. Anywhere in the 183-185 range will make a nice balance head and shoulders, completion of the pattern sets us up for 160, which could be the beginning of the correction we've all been anticipating.
Over the last week you have been doing a lot of hoping. You have margined yourself, and involved your brother in this nightmare. I don't think you will get any short covering. If I was needing to cover, which I'm not, I would wait until tomorrow in the a.m. when this sinks four points like it has the last two days. The majority of the volume has been done at the open on big selloffs, and then they walk it back up on small volume trades. It took 20 minutes to hit $2 million shares in a.m. selloff, and the other two million came over a 5 hour period of time.
