^^DRAM $2.2 UP 6% WILL FLY PAST $20 IN 2913.......DRAM PRICES INCREASED 50% IN 2013…SEVERE DRAM SHORTAGES ARE EXPECTED.....1.5M SHARE FLOAT

    DRAM = MULTI-BAGGER

After a recent 6/1 reverse split:

    - 1.7 Million Outstanding Shares
    - 1.4 M share float
    - Lat quarter near break even despite that average DRAM prices for the quarter were 50% lower than this quarter
    - Strong Balance Sheet
    - Recent big agreements with AMD and others to use their RAMDisk technology aimed at the gaming and other industries like Oil & gas, Financial, Medical....etc....where high processing speeds are desirable.
    - This quarter will likely produce 30 - 60c/share net income due to a huge explosion in the memory and server busineeses

Take a look a typical news item talking about the recent boom in memory prices.........

Chip makers Are Starting to Report Big Profits Due to Raising DRAM Prices. DRAM Supply Shortages Are Forecasted

By Jungah Lee - Apr 23, 2013 6:41 PM CT

Chip Maker SK Hynix, the world’s second- largest maker of computer memory chips, posted first-quarter profit that beat analyst estimates amid a rebound in prices for semiconductors used in personal computers.

The company turned to net income of 178.7 billion won ($159 million) in the three months ended March from a loss of 271 billion won a year earlier, Icheon, South Korea-based Hynix said in a regulatory filing today. That compares with the 172 billion won average of 25 analyst estimates compiled by Bloomberg.

SK Hynix is shifting its focus to more profitable mobile dynamic random access memory, or DRAM, chips amid rising demand for smartphones and production cuts by smaller rivals. Demand from handset makers including Samsung Electronics Co. (005930) will drive sales and improve earnings in the second quarter, said Oh Sang Woo, an analyst at Leading Investment & Securities Co. in Seoul.

“A strong earnings improvement is expected in the second quarter,” Kim Young Chan, an analyst at Shinhan Investment Corp. in Seoul, said before the announcement. “PC DRAM prices will continue to rise, while the global mobile DRAM chip supply will be in shortage.”

    • DRAM's software/technology might be at the core of AMD's new product line that lifted it 30%+ this week

AMD Jumped big time yesterday when they new announced their new line of SoC products (blend of hardware and software, etc)- AMD already uses DRAM's RAMDisk technology at the heart of their AMD Radeon products).....

Hmmmmm.....is that what DRAM's CEO Freeman was talking about in the last earnings report??...

...."Mr. Freeman concluded, “In addition to a healthier semiconductor industry, we continue to develop and expand our relationship with Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., which together with our RAMDisk agreement and other new opportunities we are currently pursuing should provide new sources of revenue, profit and growth for Dataram in 2013 and beyond. ..." Less

This is last year's AMD/Dataram(DRAM) announcement:

AMD Radeon RAMDisk: The result of the agreement between AMD and Dataram

AMD plans to launch an aggressive campaign to encourage all editions of its AMD Memory modules for desktops, and to achieve this has made an agreement with Dataram known developer of memory modules for servers, workstations and desktops, plus other solutions and associated services; agreement that will develop a special edition RAMDisk utility, which will be called AMD Radeon RAMDisk and come free with AMD Memory memory modules.

AMD Radeon RAMDisk loading times offer up to 525% higher in games and applications (better than that offered by SSDs), increasing performance, eliminating bottlenecks and improving the gaming experience on the PC.

    • Word in the street is that Dataram Corp's (NASDAQ: DRAM) technology is at the core of the new technology AMD launched yesterday causing it to be the largest NASDAQ % Gainer. DRAM will not only benefit from exploding DRAM prices but also for it's diversified technology.....and the market cap is only $4 Million!!!!

    • It looks like buying pressure is mounting. According to my chart this could be an interesting play since the $2.4 resistance could be easily overcome with some volume. The next resistance I see is $5!!!
