Careful. First of all, I think that 19 needs to be adjusted for the dilutive effect of going from 8.6 million to 9.1 million shares. Granted, thats not much, so at 15 and change there still seems to be some free money on the table right? Maybe, maybe not. If it really is free money its been sitting there for a very long time now, which makes me suspicious. The price relationship of these two companies was not tracking with MDKI's ownership of DCAI even before the merger was announced. There is something else going on here. The assumption seems to be that DCAI is priced correctly and therefore MDKI is underpriced. But maybe that aint so. Maybe DCAI is overpriced and the price of MDKI is a leading indicator that the market is expecting an adjustment on the DCAI side. Maybe MDKI trades at 68% of what the market thinks DCAI will be worth when the dust settles and the smoke clears. I'm new to this board. Apologies if I'm rehashing old stuff.
