Shorts is that EV/EBITDA is 2.3 and Price to Book Value is 0.6.
Again, those numbers are 2.3 and 0.6
There is no way that can persist over the long term. Either the business must fall apart and the revenue, earnings and book sink OR the stock price must go up. With this sort of business and the steady investment being made by the co and the improving economy no way will the business do anything but strengthen.
Either TA goes to 15 or 20 over the next year or so OR it stays here and then one day we wake up to see the headline that TA has agreed to a buyout at 15.
The stock price is simply being jerked around (down) by shorts and flippers. If TA mgmnt wanted to do something about this, they could....and should. Very easy to fix....several large open market buys would do the trick. But who cares, TA is a $7 stock that is worth $20. Buy more, you'll win.
The other thing many will never understand is that the LOWER a stock like this goes, the HAPPIER I am because I keep adding shares because I KNOW they are worth much more. Many of my NAVR shares were bought at .38, my DWCH at .91, most of my current TA at 2.97, my HTCH at 1.60, BAC at 7, and on and on.
I pray that TA gets dragged back to the low 4s....because it is worth sooooo much more.
consolidation is expected and normal after such a huge price appreciation. I will not see the lows of last year again. The note has opened lot more eyes on this company. It here to say and continue to go up.
