This stock jumps around on big buys and sells so just get used to it. Future earnings gains expected by the analysts certainly have not been built into the price. It is in the AAII portfolio recommendations and I have done well using those as a guide to value stocks. The key with value stocks is to avoid "value trap", which is where the stock has a good price but no real future earnings. This one is a real value, not a trap. Just look a few mnths ahead, not hour by hour prices.
I just checked short interest. As of March 31 it was up to 584,000 from 316,000 shares on March 15. That is about 2.41% of the float. So these shorts really believe that TA is overvalued...... Of course I think they are wrong, wrong, wrong. But the amount short is relatively small..... Will they keep it up or, can we defeat them in the coming months?
