can anyone please answer these 3 questions or provide guidance?
1. what is the fair market value per share for quarterly distribution on 12% pfd. conv. ser B for payment date 3/31/03? I have every qtr. from 1/02/01 to 1/02/03 but not 3/31/03.
2.Am i to use $24.46 as cost basis for aforementioned B shares paid to holders of common gback on 9/28/00-11/21/00 to help offset the $26.00 gain recieved in tender? $26.00 does NOT seem right. I see the value stated in notes to combined and consolidated financial statements Dec 31,2002,2001 & 2000 but $6.85 is stated as fair market value per share as of 1/02/01.
