Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
My state (Michigan), and many other states already spend more on correctional facilities than they do on their education systems. We spend too much money as it is on these a**holes who murder and sell drugs. Apparently life in prison isn't bad enough to discourage recidivism, seeing as how 2/3 of those incarcerated will wind up back in prison .
