The markets are hit with bear raids by short hedge funds whenever there is news that is not stellar. Without an uptick rule, our whole economic / financial system will be destroyed before our eyes. I am so fed up with this company that it is obvious they cannot overcome the downdraft created by the hedge funds knowing it is a weak animal along side the road waiting for prey to get it.
