activists want to ruin company
Was watching some video where it said 2 activist investors basically want to turn this bad boy into a reit. So many idiots, so little time.

  Speaking of idiots, only an idiot would assume that converting to a REIT automatically ruins a company. Do you even know what a REIT is?
