      Correct me if I'm wrong but, Myers also exercised options
      for 84,000 shares at prices between 1.94 and 5.69.
      Using the median of these to figures(I don't have
      anything more definative), they cost him roughly $315K.
      Interesting that the proceedes from the 20,610 he sold came
      to $387,673.00. So he only put ~$72,672.00 less
      brokerage fees in his pocket. Looks to me like he just
      needed some walking around money. Or -- just maybe that
      will cover his taxes on the whole deal. (Last sentence
      added today.)

      BTW if my calculations and Yahoo's
      numbers are correct he still owns 97k+ shares. Not
      exactly a bail out IMO.
