    Everything goes in cycles

Crime is down, but for how long? Economic and
business cycles will one day turn for the bad, and more
unemployment will mean more crime. It's the way things have
    always been in our history.

    You have with PZN a
REIT. Even without overcrowding there is an endless
supply of tenants. All of this and most Americans want
criminals to pay a tougher penalty!

    Thanks to the
increasing segregation economically and ethnically, this
supply will forever grow. The best part of all, the
people paying the rent are the ones with the deepest
    pockets. The taxpayers.

This stock is a no brainer
for a lot more reasons than the obvious social
    concerns of fighting crime.
