In mid-November of last year, when "Doc" was doing his Road Show and PZN was trading @ ~$25, give or take a fraction, PZN's Chairman ventured the opinion that, "A year from now PZN will be trading at twice where it's trading now. It should be about $50."
Having shared that with you, at no additional cost, I should like to leave you with the following quote attributable to a Jim Rogers (who I'm not acquainted with):
"Get inside information from the president and you will probably lose half your money. If you get it from the chairman of the board, you will lose all your money."
I guess the uncertainty about the escalating dilution caused by HSBC's ongoing monthly share purchases will cap the price below 25. Mr. Market is also uncertain about what the rate of growth is going to be. Some announcements about new business would help. So far nothing this year. Dividend should cushion downside but 15 - 16 in an emotional bear market is still a possibility. Guesses are for 1999.
